Shipping policy

At HOO Dermatology,  we want to make sure your overall ordering experience goes as smoothly as possible. Here are the answers to shipping questions you may have in mind:

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE nationwide shipping on orders Php 10,000 and above.
For orders below Php10,000, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of Php 200.


Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the Philippines.  


Do you charge a separate fee for provincial orders?

No, we do not.

I’ve placed my order/s. When will it be shipped?

Processing time is from three (3) to five (5) business days, (excluding holidays). We will ship your orders after it has been processed, though we strive to ship out as early as possible.

We do not ship out on holidays.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email notification together with the courier name and tracking number.

What will I do if my order is delayed or lost?

The courier in charge of your order and tracking number has been sent to your email. You may get in touch with the courier directly. Make sure to have your tracking number on hand. If you still haven’t located your order, please email us at info@hoodermatology.com and we will be more than glad to help you locate it.

Delays in deliveries due to other factors outside our control may arise. HOO Dermatology will not be held responsible for any delays or other unforseen incidences that may occur.
